The Brief

Property Match is a total revamp of Reva, which I build as well. Shiena thought of rebranding her website to reflect more on what industry she’s in.

Property Match Realty is a real estate listing based in the Philippines. To gain more sales and to close deals more, she needs a website of her own to keep more clients and to make her property listing only to her. Her website will align her business goals and target her ideal audience- this means her site, her choice and her rules. 

The Approach

I let Shiena flow her idea and present to me a good website design she prefers and we execute it accordingly. There are a lot of functions inside such as property finder, property listing functions, email capture system and data retention. 

These functions will help her users locate properties they want to look at. Also, in the back-end features, I store the data on the drive and database and can be easily located and retrieved. I built it most intuitively.
